Henning Hahn appointed as new head of Product Management (PM) and Technical Customer Support (TCS) department

dft has appointed a new manager for its customer support team. Henning Hahn heads up the team, which comprises both product management and service support. This new combined team firmly puts the customer at the centre of all activity, delivering an enhanced level of expertise for customers requiring support, whilst at the same delivering customer insight directly into the research and development process.
Henning has over 20 years’ of knowledge and experience in the film, postproduction and archive industries. Before joining dft, Henning spent eight years leading the service and support teams for the Norwegian film printer company Cinevation. Prior to Cinevation, Henning also developed and integrated the DI workflow and restoration facilities as Chief Technology Officer at both FilmLab (Bombay) and The Post Republic (Berlin), and as project integrator at Nucoda (London).
Henning will be working closely with the service and support teams based in the US, Germany, UK and India, to ensure customers receive the best possible support from their installation and throughout the product lifetime – from day to day service and support issues, through to emergency breakdown and repair.
